OUT and ABOUT:

  • Kicked off the Sunday afternoon fall Softball season with our 1st game over at a park in the Cote Des Neiges borough. Wet conditions following showers and humid but a good time. Best yet, I finally whacked a ball to left field! A rare teat as I ht pretty much everything to center and right field. Though right handed like many Canadian boys I bat left, golf left, hockey stick on the left.
  • Cardio Box workouts outdoors and cycling while the fall weather holds.
  • A run down to the Eastern Townships during the week to visit my mom and brother whlle dropping off the dog for a stay in the country.
  • Caught the Montreal band Plants & Animals at the "M for Montreal" outdoor concerts September  7 at the Old Port. Also checked out the HMCS Charlottetown Canadian Navy vessel while it was docked in the Old Port chatting with a few of the sailors. Good chaps. Nice to my dog Nina.
  • My Hiatus Period? Well a Little of this, a little of that! Been working it pretty much everyday ... Cardio Boxing outdoors; dog walking ole nina; Beach Volleyball; Softball; sailing; cycling; in-line skating; catching the MLB baseball pennant races; NFL season kick-off; Go Als Go; hanging at the pool; reading; writing and work-work-working. "Rome wasn't built in a day" ... neither is the first fortune of entrepreneurs; producers and writers.
