Reading Salon via RSS Feeds

Salon, like many news sources, makes our content available for free to users of RSS newsreaders. RSS is a format for syndicating content. Using RSS, you can pick and choose all your favorite news and entertainment sources and read them all in one place. Just click on the RSS, MyYahoo or Google button to add Salon content to your feedreader.

What is RSS?

RSS is a convenient way to keep up with many Web sites and blogs without having to visit each one separately in your Web browser. Instead, the sites and blogs notify you that they have published new material.

RSS delivers headlines, and sometimes full news items, in "feeds" that users can subscribe to. As with e-mail, users can read RSS feeds with software that runs on their own computer, or through services that operate on the Web. These tools are usually called "feed readers" or "aggregators."

Salon and its licensors reserve all rights in and to the Salon trademark and the Salon logo, and your right to use the Salon trademark and logo is limited to providing attribution in connection with the RSS feeds provided by Salon.
