New Paradip port Chairman

Mr Biplav Kumar, Deputy Chairman of the Paradip Port Trust, has taken charge as the Chairman of the port.

Mr K. Raghuramaiah relinquished the charge of Chairman on his superannuation, according to a press release.

Mr Kumar, an officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (1991), joined PPT in May 2008. Prior to that, he served various departments of the Indian Railways, the release adds.
