Ingredients:
12 tbsp coconut desiccated
2 tsp cornflour
¾ cups sugar
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten cherries for decoration.
Method:
Mix coconut powder, cornflour and sugar together.
Fold into the egg whites until firm mixture is formed. If egg whites are very large use less.
From into pyramids with your fingers and put on to a well greased baking tin or rice paper.
Bake in moderate oven for 15-20 minutes with glazed cherries.
Decorate with glazed cherries.
