Sending out bachelorette party invitations

Bachelorette party invitations are a great way to get the group keyed up about attending. Sending out invitations lets everyone know the specifics, such as time, place, dress, and to r.s.v.p.

The style of invitation is totally up the planner. Invitations can be simple and stylish or they can be wild and impetuous. Colorful and vibrant invitations suggest a casual, mellow atmosphere, while more erotic and suggestive invitations may propose wilder times.

Bachelorette party invitations should include the pertinent information, such as the place where the party is being held, the time, date, whether extra guests are allowed, whether gifts are desired and what type of dress to consider. Invitations will advise guests on the suitability of the evening.

Invitations should arrive to the guests within three or four weeks of the event, unless the event is being held at a distant location, such as Las Vegas, where guests will need more time to get ready. For distant locations, invitations should be mailed out at least two to three months prior, so guests have enough time to make arrangements.

The planner should check in with invitees at smallest amount two weeks in advance of the event, to ensure an accurate count for guests. This is strongly encouraged if the event is occurring at a distant location, as this gives the planner an chance to request any monies or offer the schedule at that time.

If the event is held at a distant location, it is best to give the information within the bachelorette party invitations. Such items as hotel contact in order, brochures and additional information, like prices, should be included in the invitation, so that guests have a full understanding of what is transpiring.

Personalized bachelorette party invitations allow extra creativity and entertainment to the evening. Planners can design the invitations around the evening’s planned events, such as flashy invitations for a trip to Vegas, or more radically designed invitations for nights out at the theater.

Either way, the invitation is the first step in a night of tasty fun and should reflect the tone of the evening as well as the bride-to-be’s personality after all, it is her last night as a free woman, it should be center around her!
