Software Updates
Download our broadband installation CD
Use this software if you need to reinstall your internet connection or you've lost the installation CD that came with your broadband kit.
Mobile broadband - software updates
Here are the latest versions of our wireless connection software. Install these updates if you already have BigPond Mobile Broadband installed but need to update to the latest version. We recommend that you restart your computer once you have installed the new Connection Client.
Broadband internet - Firmware updates
- Netgear drivers for Home Network Gateway (ADSL & Cable)
- Firmware updates for your wireless device
- ADSL2+ (modem update)
Settings for your BigPond service

Follow these instructions if you want to manually install your BigPond service
BigPond Online Storage
Download the BigPond Online Storage Application (19.8MB). It doesn't count towards your usage if you're a BigPond ADSL, Cable or Wireless Member on a megabyte-based plan.
Order additional equipment
After you've checked that your computer meets the minimum system requirements to run your internet service, having the appropriate equipment can also make significant improvements to your service.
