WNSL takes your privacy very seriously. Please read this Policy carefully to see how we will treat the personal information that you provide to us when using our Site. We will take reasonable care to keep your information secure and to prevent any unauthorised access or use of it. We process all information in accordance with the applicable UK data protection legislation and any other relevant legislation. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and the change will take effect once the revised Privacy Policy is available on our home page. We suggest you check this Privacy Policy periodically to review the latest version.

The information you provide

We will collect information from you if you register to receive information from us, if you apply for or purchase goods or services from us, if you e-mail enquiries to us, or via other response sections of our Site from time to time (for example competitions). This Privacy Policy will apply whenever we collect your information and this fact will be brought to your attention. The personal information we will ask you to provide includes your name, address, e-mail address and contact telephone number. If you are purchasing goods or services from us we will also require your bank or credit card details in order to process payment.

How WNSL uses the information

WNSL is a subsidiary of The Football Association Limited. WNSL and its group companies will use your personal information together with other information for administration and customer services in accordance with the provisions set out below. We may disclose your information to third party service providers and our agents for these purposes. We may keep your information for a reasonable period of time to contact you about our services.
If you become a customer of ours by purchasing goods or services from us we may send you further information by post or e-mail that is related to your purchase. If you do not wish to receive this information please write to the Data Protection Officer at the address below.

From time to time we, our group companies, including The Football Association, and selected third parties (such as our commercial partners) would like to send you marketing information, by post, e-mail, or SMS. We will only do this if you indicated that you are happy to receive such information when you submitted your details to us.

We may also share your information with our commercial partners for marketing purposes (as mentioned above) if you have indicated that you are happy to receive such information.

WNSL may require you to provide verification of your identity and to pay an administrative fee (which is currently £10) to provide a copy of the information that it holds. Please note that in certain circumstances WNSL may withhold access to your information where it has the right to do so under current data protection legislation.

In the event that there is a change to your personal information, for example your contact details, please let us know of this by writing to the Data Protection Officer at the address below, so that we can keep your information up to date and accurate.
