Australasian indie of the sixties and seventies, owned by NZ promoter Harry M. Miller, and the Australian Consolidated Press (the Packer family). It was best known for releasing the
Bee Gees catalogue in Australasia during this period. Always distributed, and partially controlled by
Festival Records, it's catalogue was taken over by that company in 1974. It was reactivated by Festival in 2000 as a reissue label, but is now defunct.
