Message Details	I'd also add that picking 35 year old players should be the exception to the norm, and only if they are world class and still on top of their game. There needs to be regular regeneration of the team, and turning over the old blokes to make room for the young ones serves that purpose. I'd rather see us struggle with young guys who might take us forward than to struggle with old players hanging on for their pay cheques.
