 Altering, copying, distributing, publishing, displaying, selling the service directly or indirectly at any media without prior agreement of Joins.com is prohibited and using it to produce products and information services as internet, mobile and data base is strictly banned. Especially, if companies or organizations establish a self-database to use the information service within their organization, the service should be used only within the organizations and even if it has no commercial purpose, it is against the copyright law.
The service users confirm that it will not distort, remake, alter the information and confirms that Joins.com does not take responsibility for any problems that arise. In addition, without documented approval of Joins.com, users cannot use the information for information service or resell it for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Using the information provided by the service is limited to one time per one person and saving the information to copying to another electronic media as Internet or mobile, printing or reusing it is strictly prohibited. However, personal reference, educational purpose or non-commercial purposes are an exception but even in these cases, the source of the material should be notified as "Joins.com." (But in cases where the copyright is at a different source not Joongang Ilbo and Joins.com and its related companies, users should notify the copyright holder referring to the reference.) Exceptional cases are noted in Copyright Law Chapter 6.

When the Company request to delete anything of the service due to violation of copyright outside of the company, the person concerned should first contact the person in charge stated below and submit the enclosed herewith document.
