How many articles are available each day?

— The MDN's Amazon Kindle edition provides up to 90 articles a day, with as many as 11 sections of news provided. These include national news, international news, features, editorials, business, sport, arts and entertainment, and travel. Haiku in English selected by the Museum of Haiku Literature's Isamu Hashimoto are also carried on Kindle.

What time can I download the newspaper?

— Each day's newspaper is available as early as 6:30 PM Japanese time (4:30 AM Eastern time in North America). Since the Kindle uses the same 3G wireless technology as advanced cell phones, customers never need to hunt for a Wi-Fi hotspot. The Kindle enables customers to purchase content right then, wherever they may be.

How much does it cost?

— For U.S. customers, a month-long subscription to the Kindle edition of the MDN now costs only $5.99, while a single issue is set at $0.49. Non-U.S. customers pay just $9.99 for a month-long subscription and $0.99 for a single issue.
