The Department of Justice in the Yukon is looking to reform and modernize it's Human Rights legislation. The consultation research can be found here. It's a very interesting read. I for one, wish we had this type of consultation with respect to federal laws. I think with the boom in technology, and the Internet growing up to be a tool of democracy, we should also look at updating our federal human rights code, and system.
