The weather outside will soon be frightful, apparently.

As people across the Plains and Midwest get ready for a major winter storm, Surge Desk turned to Twitter to gauge panic levels and preparedness.

Roger Ebert's right. This will be a big one in Chicago, where snowfall totals could top 18 inches.
