How does the payment for Pro accounts work? Can I cancel my Pro account anytime?
When you sign up for a Pro account, your credit card is charged for the first month. This is a rolling month, with the next monthly cycle due in 30 days. If you do not downgrade (or cancel) during this period, the next billing will happen as scheduled.
You downgrade at any time and you will not be billed for the next cycle. Additionally, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of upgrading to Pro.
What is the 30-day money back guarantee?
If for any reason, you are not happy with your SlideShare Pro account, just email us within 30 days. We will refund your money.
Can I pay for a year (or six months) at a time?
Currently we only have monthly payments. But we plan to add annual payments. Stay tuned.
How can I downgrade from a Pro plan?
If you want to downgrade from a Pro plan, just go to the pricing page, and click "Downgrade". Your Pro account will be marked for downgrading, and you will not be billed for the next billing cycle.
