Lifelong Newton County resident

Dear Fellow Citizens of the 130th Missouri District:
We are so blessed to live in this part of the country, surrounded by natural beauty, incredible resources and truly outstanding people. As a lifelong resident of Newton County, my family and I are proud to live here and call this part of Southwest Missouri our home.

My wife Kathleen and I have been married for 36 years and have three grown children and eight amazing grandchildren. After graduating from Neosho High School in 1966, I went on to Harding University, and later I proudly served in the Missouri National Guard. Over the past forty years I have worked in the agri-business with dairy, beef and crop production.

I know that I have always been blessed in my life, and because of that, I want to give back. I want to give back to the community that has done such an outstanding job in educating our children and to the community that always stands together in our neighbor’s time of need.

The people of Southwest Missouri - my family, my friends and my neighbors - are hard working, warm - hearted and dedicated to our future generations. It is the people that are the fabric of the community that make me proud to announce my candidacy for Missouri State Representative of the 130th District.

With a fast and ever-changing world around us, the story of Southwest Missouri must be told and defended. I am ready to serve the people of this District out of deep gratitude, for the life that I have been blessed with, and the community that I have always called home. I am not a politician, just a deeply thankful man who wishes to give back to a community that has given so much.

My wife and I look forward to meeting with you and, together, building on to the great story of the 130th District, for today, tomorrow and for generations to come.

Bill Reiboldt.
