Q: What special benefits do I receive as a
Subscriber?
A: LA Phil Subscribers receive a 10% discount on
all purchases, except for items already marked down. Please check back at the end of February to be able to utilize your discount online. You'll be able to enter your name and subscriber number (as it appears on your subscriber card) in the field provided on the Payment Information page. Your discount will be applied automatically. Subscriber's discounts will be verified before your order is shipped so that you will be correctly billed. Subscribers will be notified via email of all the items that have been shipped, amount of discount applied and a final amount billed. Learn more about becoming a subscriber.
Q: I am a member of KCET or KCRW, do I get a discount?
A: Yes, members of KCET or KCRW receive a 10% discount
on all purchases, except for items already marked down. To receive your
discount, you will need to show your card. Your discount will only
apply to in-store purchases.
Q: Do you have Educational discounts?
A: Yes, educators may be eligible for discounts. For

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax for online purchases?
A: The LA Phil Store can only charge sales tax for
orders purchased by persons residing in California or that have their
credit card billing address in California. The sales tax on items
purchased in California is 9.75%. When items are shipped out of state,
CA Sales Tax is not applicable.
Q: Can I have my items gift wrapped?
A: No. Gift wrapping is not available at this time.
Q: I saw an item in your store when I visited the LA
Phil Store, but I cannot find it online. How can I find this item?
A: Some items from our physical store are not included
online. If you have seen something in our store that we have not yet
included on our site, or if you would like to know if there is any other

Q: How do I use your online store to make purchases?
A: To purchase products from online you must
create an account with us. If you do not have an account with The LA
Phil Online Store, please go to our signup page. If you have an
existing account please log in to your account with the LA Phil Online
Store and enter your email and password. Product information is available on each individual item description page.
Q: How do I delete an item from My Bag?
A: When you are on the View Cart page simply click on the small blue box under the column heading Remove then click the OK button in the dialogue box and the item is deleted from your cart
Q: How do I change the quantity of an item I want to
purchase?
A: When you are on the View Cart page simply use the up or down arrows next to the Quantity box to purchase more or less of the item.
Q: Why do I need to create an account with The LA Phil
Online Store?
A: In order to purchase from The LA Phil Online Store,
you must create an account. The information you enter is used only for
order tracking purposes. Your credit card number and expiration date is
not stored in our database. It is used on a one-time only basis and must
be re-entered each time you place an order. For more information please

Q: How can I update my information?
A: Click on the My Store Account tab on the navigation bar. Then click on either the Update Email Address or Password or Manage Address Book links and change whatever information you wish to.
