There are a million different things we love about Glee, from the awesome mashups to the Rachel-Puck-Finn-Quinn drama and Brittany's priceless one-liners. But the heart of the show is the idea that high school's tough, and you sometimes you have to get beaten up on, or get your heart broken, to figure out who you really are. Nobody gets that the way Jane Lynch does. In fact, she's currently writing about book about all of the toughand amazingthings she's been through in her life. So we had to find out: what's the one piece of advice she'd give her 17-year-old self. Here's what she had to say.
Jane Lynch: "I would tell myself, if I could go back to myself, to not suffer. To dont sweat it. Dont try to control things and just let your life happen. Show up, do your best everywhere you go, but theres no reason to beat up on yourself. Thats what I would say."
