Rocket blasts off for 200th Ariane mission

The European space freighter "Johannes Kepler" has launched on its mission to deliver supplies to the International Space Station.

Kepler lifted off atop an Ariane 5 - the 200th Ariane flight since the rocket series was introduced in 1979.

The 20-tonne freighter is the heaviest payload ever launched on an Ariane rocket.
