The final installment of my interview with Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime is here. Over the past couple days you've seen us discuss the Wii's current software and sales situation and Nintendo's positions on digital content. This next portion widens the scope a little bit.

A few years back, Reggie discussed Nintendo's "Blue Ocean" strategy. Based on a book (and research) of the same name by W. Chan Kin and Renee Mauborgne, the concept is simple - find new markets. Put you and your business in a category so unique that effectively there is no competition.

In a sense, the Wii and Nintendo DS did that. For years, there wasn't anything quite like them. Now we see Sony's Move and Microsoft's Kinect in stores, and the 3DS is facing stronger, different competition from the likes of Apple's iPhone and Sony's upcoming NGP.

How does that change strategy? What audiences are still out there? And which is the bigger threat - the iPhone or the NGP?

I asked all of these questions and more. Check out Reggie's answers below.
