I read it and I still don't get how this constitutes a patentable invention. Slapping multi-touch on the back of a device instead of the front doesn't sound that inventive. And the article sure doesn't elaborate on how these patent applications wouldn't be treading on Apple's patents. So I think A Sandwich still has a valid question.
