Vivendi to Purchase Vodafone’s 44% SFR Stake for EU7.95 Billion

April 3 (Bloomberg) -- Vivendi SA said it has agreed to purchase Vodafone Group Plc’s 44% stake in SFR for EU7.95 billion.
