Apple's (AAPL) iPhone 3G, with its July 11 debut, may be generating the most buzz, but it's not the only game in town. For consumers looking for features the iPhone lacks—say, a Qwerty keyboard—or who don't want to switch to AT&T (T), the exclusive U.S. iPhone network provider, there are other options. Like the iPhone, many of these have touchscreens, Web access, e-mail, and Wi-Fi capabilities. And best of all for budget-conscious consumers, some are cheaper than the iPhone, which costs $199 at the low end.
