Webtech Wireless Inc. has agreed to support a change in the Board of Directors of the company effective immediately. The company's Board of Directors has received resignations from Glen Brownlee, Paul Christie, Dru Narwani and Peter Roberts from the Board and has appointed John Gildner and Robert Kittel as Directors of the company. Effective immediately, the Board of Directors will be composed of Scott Edmonds, John Gildner, Andrew Gutman, Robert Kittel and Leonard Metcalfe. Andrew Gutman will be the Chair of the New Board of Directors of the company. The New Board of Directors has also reconstituted its standing Special Committee of Independent Directors to consist of Andrew Gutman, Robert Kittel and John Gildner.
