Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Black Ops will be getting more downloadable content this year than Modern Warfare 2 ever received.
Talking in an investor conference call last night, Activision's Chief Financial Officer Thomas Tippl said "we also have more downloadable content offered this year than last year. So we think we will see growth on Call of Duty on the digital side.

The first map pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops launched on Xbox 360 last week. The pack includes four new multiplayer maps, plus a bonus Zombies map. It's due for release on PlayStation 3 on March 3rd with a PC release to follow.
Modern Warfare 2 received two map packs over the course of 2010, the latest launching last June.
Call of Duty: Black Ops launched last November on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and Wii. A new Call of Duty title is expected to launch this autumn.
