Galliano Taunted at LAX

JOHN GALLIANO LEOPARD X390 (GETTY) | ADVOCATE.COM

Disgraced designer John Galliano received the opposite of a warm welcome when he arrived in Los Angeles on Sunday.

A photographer screamed, "Fucking racist!" at the former Christian Dior designer when he arrived at Los Angeles International Airport. Galliano is accused of hurling racist and anti-Semitic statements at patrons of a Paris café. A video of one of his tirades led to his firing from Dior.

"LA is Israeli occupied territory.” Isn’t that just another anti-Semitic remark?" perhaps it is, or at least it gives you an excuse to lecture me for my lack of political correctness. In any case it's nothing I feel any concern about. I wonder if the photographer's work will appear soon in a lavish layout in the Advocate. Perhaps even with an award from Glad. Or if he is really fortunate he might recieve a long sloppy rim job from Joe Leiberman. Or perhaps, if he is straight, a large helping of Del Martin's pussy might be more to his taste. Just kidding folks. But I am getting a bit tired of reading all this whining from a group of people who are in the process of butchering an entire nation of people (and expecting us to feel sorry for the butchers.)

Markus: Not sure whether throwing around words like Euro Trash and your inferior really make the case that your the smart one. And I am correct - he responded to an increasing homophobia in once liberal havens like Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin and London. And the serious newspapers reported on it. He went to his usual coffee house and the finger pointing and remarks started. He over-reacted maybe. But again - he claims it was to make a point. You know the point of: if your a minority maybe you shouldn't trash other minorities. And thats why many very prominent gays and gay supporters - like patricia Field - etc still support him and come to his defense. I applaud him for not taking shit from anyone. Now those assholes know what it feels like to get discriminated against.

Was his reception arranged by Michael Lucas? How can anyone be surprised at this. LA is Israeli occupied territory. How sad that a publication with the stature that the Advocate once had has sunk to the level of spreading racist hate literature in support of a foreign state.

Joe, WTF are you talking about. I'm a European gay man. Nevertheless you sound like Eurotrash that tries to appear superior in order to hide your personal inferiority. By the way I saw the video, it was no reaction to a "bunch of assholes who called him a fag based on his looks". He was viciously anti-Semitic. Even if as you claim he was called a fag, nobody who was not anti-Semitic would have reacted like this. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/3436757/Film-of-John-Gallianos-racist-rant-in-bar.html

My dummy American gays. If one of you had read anything but the New York Post etc, maybe even a European newspaper, you would know what happened. He got verbally attacked by a bunch of assholes who called him a fag based on his looks. He repomded by telling them they would be dead if Hitler were alive. Sort of like saying to a black guy who calls you a fag "shouldn't you be sitting in the back of the bus?". Te idea was to tell these dumb fucks if you sit in a glass house don't throw with stones.. Of course you dummies don't get this right? He is not a racist He defended himself against verbal attacks. We should support him

If Priscilla Queen of the Desert and Noel Coward had a love child ... it too would dislike Galliano.

This article erroneously alleges that "DIOR is accused of hurling racist and anti-Semetic tatements..." Galliano hurled them, he worked at Dior as a designer of which there are many. Galliano was not a Dior spokesman. Dior does not share Galliano's outed belief systems, so they terminated him, sadly only his employment was terminated... :((
