May 1, 2011 Reports that Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi's son Seif al-Arab was killed in a missile strike have not been independently confirmed. If true, the attack could signal that NATO is stepping up efforts to bring the weeks-long conflict to a close.

War Turning Mexican Kids Into Targets, Killers()  

Soldiers escort 14-year-old Edgar Jimenez Lugo, also known as "El  Ponchis," after his arrest in the city of Cuernavaca, Mexico, last  December. Jimenez is suspected of working as a killer for a drug cartel  and confessed to participating in four beheadings.

May 1, 2011 In Mexico's drug war, children are getting increasingly sucked into the violent narcotics trade. Middle-school-age kids are working for the cartels as couriers, lookouts and even assassins. Others are being killed, injured or orphaned in the crossfire.
