Koo over at NoFilmSchool runs a great site geared towards the independent/DIY set. Cutting edge info for the now. It also was voted Best Creative Blog by Total Film and for some reason he thought something I posted here was of value to his readership. See for yourself and tell me what’s missing from my list.
I was on the fence about what to do with this blog when I decided to do update it. Do I keep the name This Savage Art? Should it be more centralized to me? I decided to do both. Since WordPress is such a great platform I could. So I did some reworking of williamsperuzzi.com. Now it’s in the navigation bar up top as WS. That link will take you there and they will be forever interconnected. It’s more or less a parking space for my domain name but also serves as a jumping off point to the real content which is here.
When I was casting my short film The Face Of The Earth I came across an actor whom I thought was going to effortlessly make the transition to features for years to come. Powerful presence, confidence and grace. Franklin has moved on as I had suspected with many features to his credit like Invincible and television roles like the one featured in Martin Scorsese’s Boardwalk Empire. Check out what this man can do.
