PHOTOGRAPHERS: SUBMIT YOUR PICS FOR SOUNDCHECK

If you'd like to have your photos considered for SPIN magazine's Soundcheck section, please follow these guidelines:

Photo must be:
- Horizontally oriented
- Taken within the last 30 days
- Submitted at 9 x 12.5 a 72 dpi or larger
- Subject of the photo should be an interesting live performance/crowd/backstage shot. The subject should not fall in the middle of the frame due to the magazine gutter
- Subject should be suitable for SPIN editorial content
- Photographer must have a digital file or negative that could be blown up to run as a double-page spread

1. ON THE WEB. Visit our online customer care site. We've provided simple ways to handle the most common questions regarding your SPIN Magazine subscription online. You can use this site to:

- Change your e-mail address

- Let us know you've missed an issue

2. ON THE PHONE. Call our Customer Service Department at 800-274-7597. This number is staffed between the hours of 7 A.M. and 9 P.M. CST Monday-Friday, and 7 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. on Saturday. International subscribers please call 515-242-0297 between the hours of 7 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. CST Monday-Friday.

3. VIA EMAIL. Send an e-mail to Customer Service. You'll receive an automatic reply letting you know that we're received your message. Then, you'll have an answer e-mailed back to you from a customer service rep. E-mails are handled in the order they are received, and normal response time is within two days.
