Its portfolio includes all services related to the creation and distribution of printed materials and digital storage media, as well as data management, customer care, CRM services, supply-chain management, digital distribution, financial services, professional and custom IT services, and the direct-to-customer distribution of educational media.
In business year 2010 arvato’s revenues rose to €5.083 billion and exceeded five billion mark for the first time in history. The operating EBIT increased to €350 million. The positive business performance on Group level as well as on Bertelsmann level also benefitted arvato employees, who will receive over €40 million in profit sharing. This is a record sum, and doubles the amount of last year’s profit sharing. At the end of the year arvato had 63,985 employees
