Kyle and Stan of "South Park" are living large with Colorado celebrities.

In an episode that debuted last week, the boys break 100,000 points on "Guitar Hero" and become the toast of the town at a swank Denver pool party.

"Dude, dude," says Stan. "That's Ron Zappolo from Channel 4 News!"

"Wow," says Kyle. "Look over there. It's that Jake Jabs guy ..."

In the kicking-a-guy-when-he's- (almost)-down department, there was this: "Dude, dude, that's Jay Cutler over there," says Stan.

Cutler is laid out on a lawn chair, holding a beer, a woman standing on each side.

"Nice to meet you," says Stan to Jay. "I mean, you kinda suck, but my dad says you might be good someday."

"Thanks," says Cutler.

Then the boys meet Tom Shane, who asks the host if he has seen his wife.

"Dude, he's a legend," says Kyle. "Dude, we've arrived. We're super, awesome and cool."

"Life is going to finally not suck so hard for us," says Stan.

Zappolo said on Fox 31 News on Thursday night that in his 37 years on TV, this cameo impressed his daughter the most.

So what that "South Park" got the station wrong. Dude, Zappolo's totally super, awesome and cool.

Healthy habits. Mark McIntosh and Lori Abbey host a "Happy Hour for Your Health" on Friday evening at the Cherry Creek Athletic Club.

In addition to hosting Channel 9's "Colorado & Company," McIntosh is a motivational speaker.

And Abbey, the director of sales and membership services at the club, also has plenty to say about your life and how to live it. And she has some impressive creds.

He'll talk, she'll talk - and you can wash it down with some wine and networking.

"It can make your life better and relieve some stress," says Abbey.
