TomTom holds 99.29 pct stake of Tele Atlas; Tele Atlas listing to end July 30

AMSTERDAM (Thomson Financial) - TomTom NV said on Friday it holds 99.29 percent of Tele Atlas NV shares following the post-acceptance period for its offer for the Dutch digital map maker.

TomTom said the listing of Tele Atlas shares on Euronext Amsterdam and the Frankfurt stock exchange will end on July 30.

The last day of trading in Tele Atlas shares on both stock exchanges is expected on July 25.

TomTom reiterated it expects settlement of its 30 euro per share offer for Tele Atlas on July 1.
