In the mid-90s, a young Ginuwine broke onto the R&B scene with a steamy invitation to his personal Pony ride. Since then, the singer has put childish metaphors away, offering A Man’s Thoughts on his mature sixth album. But sensible music can still be sensual, like the commitment-minded Last Chance, and Bridge To Love, a bumping duet with Brandy where he promises he’s “tired of them games.” His up-tempo numbers are less successful; despite reuniting with Missy and Timbaland, Get Involved falls flat.
