RSS stand for "Really Simple Syndication." It's an Internet tool that allows us to notify you of new commentaries, alerts, and other news items quickly and without filling up your e-mail box. It's a fairly new technology that's gaining popularity among Internet news sources. With RSS, you can receive news reports, weather updates, blog notifications, and thousands of other timely bits of information.

It works like this: You install an RSS client and subscribe to our RSS feed. When a news item is entered by us, it appears on your computer.

This is a completely free service, but you will probably need additional software to receive a feed.

For more information on RSS technology, try the Wikipedia at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS_%28file_format%29.
