The entry price point for server was $499 for a 10-client license, looks like Apple is doing away with the client license limitation and rather than move the entry price point up, they are doing it at the previous entry point's lowest price, seems pretty fair to me. …More

Yes.
Enable "Junk Email Filtering" in the Mail services, and select "delete" as the action. As well, enable real-time black hole lists (like zen.spamhaus.org) which will automatically reject emails from known spam IPs.
Works great at dropping known spammer IP addresses (which is updated real-time by spamhaus, spamcop, senderbase, etc..), as well as filtering what looks like semi-legitimate emails which are obviously spam.
