Synopsis: The Doctor assembles an army to face the battle of Demon’s Run – and River Song has something to tell him. Review: It’s been quite a journey this year with the Doctor and its amazed me how much Steven Moffat and his team have packed into this past seven episodes, especially when it comes to reveals and game changing moments. This episode sees the Doctor putting together an army so he can rescue...

The first half of Doctor Who seems to have flew by and this coming Saturday’s mid season finale looks like it’s setting up to be an absolute cracker. As seen in the last episode the Doctor and Rory have gone off in search of Amy, who has been kidnapped and is about to give birth to the mysterious child. Synopsis: A solar tsunami liberates doppelganger from their human ‘originals’ in a futuristic factory. Can the Doctor prevent all – out civil war? Review: Written by Matthew Graham, who is best known for his work on hit British shows such as Life On Mars and Ashes To Ashes. This episode is one of the creepiest episodes of Doctor Who to date. The episode sees the Doctor and his companions land on an island monastery,...

Synopsis: The Doctor, Amy and Rory must solve the mystery of the disappearance of a pirate crew at the hands of a beautiful Siren. Review: After the two part opener this episode has a bit of a lighter touch to it, but ultimately falls quite flat. This was the big episode for Hugh Bonneville and you can tell that he relishes tearing up and down the decks of his ship playing pirates, but as far as storyline goes its fairly...

Earlier this week, it was announced that the BBC was...

How do you follow up killing the Doctor at the start of the first week of the new series? You do it by having the rest of the “Who crew” get killed at the beginning of the second, that’s what! After last episode scored in the States, here’s hoping the ratings will increase in the UK this time. Oh, and this week proves that television can actually be helpful at times! Here’s the description: “Locked...
