Funny you say she's not responsible enough when you've only seen an hour of her on tv. I don't think a custody battle is appropriate for the situation overall. Jenelle is still young, so it's not crazy that she's not ready to be a super mom yet. I understand people getting on Jenelle for being a bad mom, she parties and treats her mom horribly when Barbara does everything for her. You have to see the way Barbara treats Jenelle though, you can see how Jenelle became a spoiled brat.
