Orioles fall 6-5 to Blue Jays for 15th straight time in Toronto

The Orioles managed to take the Blue Jays into extra innings, but the outcome was the same as the previous 14 games the O's played in Toronto: A loss. The Jays got a walk-off homer to right field and took the game, 6-5, in 11 innings. The 15-game winning streak for the Blue Jays is a franchise record for consecutive home victories against one opponent. Still, the Orioles came close to breaking the skid, though the rally fell short.

2 teen girls fatally struck in hit-and-run

Emerald Smith, 17, left, and Courtney Angeles, 16, were inseparable friends until the end. As they crossed Martin Luther King Boulevard at Pratt Street late Monday night, they were hit by a car, which did not stop. The girls died within minutes of each other.
