House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi is a Democrat. A U.S. News article Thursday about congressional financial-disclosure forms incorrectly called her a Republican. In addition, while a photo caption with the article said her husband, Paul, was seen in an accompanying photo, his image was cropped out in some editions.

A photo with a Heard on the Street commentary Wednesday about government debt showed Rep. John Sullivan on the right. The photo caption misidentified him as the House Ways and Means Committee chairman, Rep. Dave Camp.

Bristol-Myers Squibb Co.'s Yervoy drug, used in treating melanoma, can trigger immune-related reactions, which are fatal in some patients. A Personal Journal article Tuesday about immunotherapy cancer treatments incorrectly said Yervoy can trigger fatal allergic reactions in some patients.

The Citizens for East Shore Parks approached a Richmond, Calif., property owner to purchase a parcel of land in the city but didn't make a formal offer. A June 18 article in some editions on land use in Richmond incorrectly said that the group had made an offer.
