Lord knows we like a simple shirt, but it looks like Puma are taking ‘pared down’ to the Nth degree if this really is the new Tottenham home shirt for 2011/12…

Now, Pies are official, card-carrying advocates of the ‘less is more’ approach to kit design, but even we have to admit that we preferred last season’s 80s-infused Puma strip. This 2011/12 effort looks like the ‘after’ shirt they use in detergent adverts for jingo’s sake!

I think it’s great. Have been waiting for a basic shirt for years now. Just wish the sleeves did not have a logo on them. COYS
So who’s the sponsor?
@Jordon: Spurs will carry a different sponsor on their shirts in each separate competition (Prem/Cups/Europe) but, as far as I know, it’s going to be ‘Autonomy’ in the league again next year.
I just wish they would do one to fit me…….

I think it looks fantastic and I’m not even a Spurs fan! Reminds me of the old Santos kit from the 60s. And its 1000x better than the new sh** City kit!!

I like it, I do…however I just can’t shake the “designer stayed up all night playing COD: BlackOps instead of designing the kit” vibe.
I’d really like to see the kit complete with sponsor and league badges on it so I can make up my mind.
I think I’ll buy it but I’m still gonna rock last seasons jersey more often, especially since the new jersey looks as if it will dirty up fast!
looks nice but do Spurs really need yet another new shirt? They’re even worse than Man utd when it comes to ripping off fans in the clothing department. I remember a couple of years back when they had something like four kits in one season!
