According to a certain member of The Muppets, it's not easy being green.

Well, unless you're Lady Gaga, who's been known to don outfits made of muppets, but opted for a simple green ensemble (with hair) as she arrived at Japan's Narita International Airport Tuesday for an appearance there.

By Lady Gaga standards, this is fairly uneventful!

We've seen Lady Gaga bald. Then we saw her with blue hair. Now she's dyed it green, all in the span of a week. This is one hard-working style chameleon!

Sporting an all-green get-up, Mother Monster rocked a Pray for Japan bracelet as a nod to the ongoing restoration efforts in the tsunami-rocked country.

Gaga will appear at the MTV Japan Video Music Awards on Saturday.

Selena Gomez was a busy young woman last night.

The 18-year old hosted the MuchMusic Video Awards, accepted a date from Justin Bieber, performed with her band The Scene and made like Lady Gaga (more on that below).

Lady Gaga recycled her cocoon-hatching arrival before her performance at the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, but her outfits were certainly new.

The blue-haired songstress was at the event to perform some of her most recent selections, including "The Edge Of Glory," and to pick up two awards.

By Gaga standards, these ensembles were almost demure.

Known almost as much for her barely-there outfits as for her hit songs, Gaga left more to the imagination than usual ... which isn't saying much.

The 25-year-old went on to perform her latest single, a fitting and poignant choice following the death of Clarence Clemons, who is featured on the track.

Quite a feat for THIS piece of meat: Lady Gaga's infamous dress from the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards is heading to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame!

The carnivorous couture will go on public display as a part of the 'Women Who Rock: Vision, Passion, Power' exhibition in Cleveland, this afternoon.

Made entirely of real meat and one of Gaga's most talked-about getups, the dress was hand-sewn by designers Franc Fernandez & Nicola Formichetti.

It has since been preserved to stave off maggots, rotting, e. coli, etc.

The star later explained the provocative fashion statement asserting, "I am not a piece of meat," and likening that to how homosexuals are treated.

While the message was lost on some, it was named Best Fashion Statement of 2010 by Time and stood out even among the Gaga's fashion choices.

Move over, Alexander McQueen. You had your time in the spotlight when you designed Kate Middleton's royal gown.

But now someone else has been chosen to play a vital role in the true Wedding of the Century: Carolina Herrera has been tabbed as the woman behind Bella Swan's dress in Breaking Dawn.

The announcement was made over Twitter today, and linked to a photo of Bella's veil. See it HERE.

All eyes will be on Carolina Herrera's creation in Breaking Dawn.

Breaking Dawn comes out on November 18. Next to the abs of Taylor Lautner, Bella's wedding dress is likely what fans are most looking forward to seeing.

Mya performed at the Gay Pride Festival over the weekend, taking the stage in West Hollywood, but possibly not understanding the mission of the day:

To bring attention to the LGBT community, not the singer's horrific fashion sense.

The newly-crowned Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, and her newly-single sister, Pippa Middleton, attended the wedding of a mutual friend Saturday.

Sam Waley-Cohen and Annabel Ballin married at the St. Michael and All Angels Church in London. We're happy for them. But how about the ladies' fashion!

Kate Middleton paired a black and white dress with one of her stylish hats, while Pippa wore a similar dress with a green jacket and an interesting hat of her own.

The First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama, raised nearly $1 million last night at a fundraiser featuring a number of Hollywood stars.

The A-list party was held in the luxurious modern Westwood, Calif., home of Michael S. Smith - a designer who decorated the White House for the Obamas - and James Costos. Tickets ranged in price from $1,500 to $35,800.

Michelle told the crowd of more than 350 guests that her husband, Barack Obama, was even involved in the decorating of their new home.

“Believe it or not, the President has opinions about his drapes,” she said.

After the fundraiser, Mrs. Obama and her two daughters, Malia and Sasha, went to Pizzeria Mozza in L.A.’s Hancock Park neighborhood.

Lady Gaga visited Paris in typical Lady Gaga fashion.

Hanging out of the backseat (and out of the roof) of the car she was being driven in, the pop superstar waved and blew kisses to her French fans.

The blue-haired reprised her recent wig (and kimono-esque get-up) as she rolled through town, looking like she belongs in the Louvre herself.

It’s been a whirlwind few weeks for Lady Gaga, with no end in sight, as she's been busy promoting her smash hit new album, Born This Way.

With her hit songs and outrageous fashion sense, she arrived in Paris on Monday after spending the weekend at Rome's Gay Pride Festival.

On Saturday, June 25, she’ll be performing at the MTV Japan Awards. Never a dull moment for the hardest working woman in show business.

Jessica Simpson's got a new fiance (Eric Johnson) and now a new job - as a celebrity mentor on NBC's Fashion Star. Yep, that's a real show.

The 30-year-old's singing career has petered out and her acting career never really took off, but her fashion line is remarkably successful.

With a brand worth an estimated $750 million in 35 countries, Simpson will join Elle MacPherson in a search for the next big fashion brand.

"NBC is delighted to work with singer, designer, actress and pop culture icon Jessica Simpson," the network said in a statement.

"With an almost billion dollar lifestyle brand under her belt she is sure to be an excellent mentor to our up-and-coming designers."

"I'm in the workroom in [L.A.'s] Westwood a few times a week from 11 to 7 at night," says Simpson of her chic but affordable line.

"Nothing goes out without me seeing it or my mom [Tina Simpson, Jess' co-creative director] seeing it," says the former Nick Lachey spouse.

Fashion Star's premiere date is TBA.
