Arts+Labs Co-Chairs Mike McCurry and Mark McKinnon invite you to CREATE -- A Forum on Creativity, Commerce, Copyright, Counterfeiting and Policy.

CREATE is an outcomes focused forum where creators will come together to share their thought leadership and solutions on the subjects of creativity, commerce, copyright, counterfeiting and policy.  CREATE will engage industry professionals,academics, influentials and elected officials in an important dialogue that will examine the business and rights challenges facing creators in the digital era.  Our goal is to protect those rights and foster even more innovation so that the digital economy can continue to thrive.

Create will be held at Newseum located at 555 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W, in Washington, DC, beginning at 9 AM.

Join us for:

  • Discussions with prominent Members of Congress
  • Conversations with creators, including authors, directors, designers, photographers and songwriters
  • A dialogue about the future of copyright and counterfeiting 

  • Thought leaders perspective on the future of the digital economy
