Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Low Ki developed the interest in Professional Wrestling, as do most, from a young age. First given an opportunity to step into a ring in , Low Ki had quickly developed and refined his abilities. Low Ki began his training in St. John The Baptist Church, located in the Bedford Stuyvestant section of Brooklyn. Through the guidance of fellow New York wrestler, Homicide, he was able to learn tricks of the trade fairly quickly within the given environment. Cross-training proved beneficial, as the help of Martial Arts aided in the development of a strong flow and well controlled movement. Although given opportunities to wrestle in battle royals for Jersey All Pro Wrestling, Low Ki's first true test as a professional was for the Long Island Wrestling Federation, on October 10, 1998. That night, Ki was matched up against Ken Sweeney, Chief Tango, and Monsta Mack, in a four way match on the "L.I.W.F. JunkYard Dog Memorial Show". Although unsuccessful in his first opportunity, Low Ki was able to show how much ability this young man possessed.

Since then, Low Ki has gained numerous achievements within his career. Since 1998, he gained momentum on the independent level, as a very dangerous and aggressive Junior heavyweight wrestler. His unique style of aggressive striking and submission, combined with high risk flying techniques led him through many companies in the U.S., most notably the East Coast Wrestling Association. Reached by 2000, Low Ki developed a reputation as a very competitive and passionate wrestler, which led him to the 2001 E.C.W.A. Super 8 Tournament. Surviving the brutal toll of that years competition, he was able to reach the ultimate, the right to be called "Super 8 Champion"! From then, Low Ki had used that momentum to continue up the mountain of knowledge and success. He was led to the World Wrestling Federation. Although brief, he was able to compete with an array of competition, bringing him more technique and knowledge. That experience helped him continue his path throughout the independent level, also becoming the basis of Philadelphia based Pro Wrestling company, Ring Of Honor. Competing with the ever growing Junior Heavy division of the U.S., Ki was able to reach Pay Per View with now closed, World Wrestling Allstars and gained even more notariety with NWA-TNA. In September of 2002, Ki achieved a dream when he was invited to compete in Japan for Zero One Pro Wrestling, becoming Jr. champion with his first opportunity. While in Japan, Low Ki continued to gain more skill through rigorous competion, also becoming a Junior Tag Team Champion in 2004.

Brief competing in All Japan Pro Wrestling combined with that of Zero One, allowed Ki to reach an even higher level, PRO WRESTLING NOAH! And with 2 years of competition in Pro Wrestling NOAH, he was able to gain the support of the Japanese Wrestling Community, with mind blowing, skillfull challenges to GHC Champions. In June 2006, he bid farewell to the Japanese to challenge more at home, this time returning to TOTAL NONSTOP ACTION. In a short time, he has reasserted himself as a dangerous threat to TNA and its competitors. Domination of the X-Division begun and was maintained with punishing assertion. But the challenges were far and few between, as he was cornered into only competing in the division which he helped create. Growing tired of the lack of expansion, he declared his departure from TNA in December 2007. 2008 proves challenging, but having adopted "The World Warrior" moniker, LOW-KI faces a new environment as he challenges the company which provided his first interest in Professional Wrestling, NEW JAPAN PRO WRESTLING!

Upon his first arrival in NJPW,as a member of the RISE team, the voyage became a failure, as he was downed with a career threatening knee injury. But the passion of "THE WORLD WARRIOR" would not be denied as he returned with a never before seen ferocity, joining the Great Bash Heel team as he attacked Tigermask IV! His intention became very well known with the holder of the most important title in history for competitors under 220lbs. And Sept 21, 2008 history was made, as LOW-KI became the 55th holder of the International Wrestling Grand Prix Junior Heavyweight championship! For months, his dominance reigned supreme until his return to the Tiger.

On January 4, 2009, a dream was realized when the legendary Tokyo Dome was the stage for the return match between the challenger , Tigermask IV , against the champion, LOW-KI. The battle was furious and the danger was clear, the competitors knew what was at stake and were willing to sacrifice what was necessary. In the end , Tigermask stood victorious, but before leaving, a mutual sign of respect was shown, as both men shook hands, upholding the integrity and legend of the IWGP!

Mystery surrounded the next step of LOW-KI. Would there be a third encounter or would he enter the tag division. But an incredible event would take place. The following day, LOW-KI became a member of WORLD WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT! This is the grandest stage of them all, and now "THE WORLD WARRIOR" is in the mix. The possibilities are endless, especially with the potential match up between LOW-KI and REY MYSTERIO!

Where will his experiences and career lead him next? Time will tell, but in the mean time, Be Ready!!!

This simple and unique quote based off of the personal theory Low Ki has created for himself. This has been used time and time again to represent the size of his heart and fighting spirit. Although small in physical appearance, he has developed a reputation as one of the biggest, little men in Professional Wrestling today. With a statement that promotes ambition, pride, soul and passion, Ki uses this as a guide to living. These empowering few words can be used by anyone who ever feels as if they're being stopped from moving forward in life.
