    Hey Mahnoor!
We're good, Bubba is so happy that Cole and I are on break from filming because that means he gets us all to himself.
He's with me on the couch right now. 1. We do not have a ps3. We have xbox 360, wii, ps2, gamecube, nintendo 64, and super nintendo.
    2. We like adventure, action, fighting, sports, and rpg style games.
    3. Yes Call of Duty is pretty fun. I actually haven't played it in awhile, I used to play it alot.

About the apocalypse world ending on 12/21/12 stuff, Cole and I were talking about that the other day cuz we noticed there are alot of TV shows and movies recently released/coming out soon about the end of the world so people seem to be really interested in it. I don't believe in it cuz people also said all this stuff would happen when we entered the year 2000 and nothing did.

We are done filming season 2, but Disney Channel is still airing season 2 so yes there are still new episodes on TV for awhile.
This is a pretty great post, not gunna lie, it has me laughing and I just woke up, and it's hard to get me to laugh when I first wake up cuz I'm not really a morning person unless I'm on set. You are quite the comedian.
We call our stepmom by her first name when we're talking to her. Lately we've been calling her our mom when we meet people though, like at premieres and events we'll introduce them to people by saying "This is our mom and dad." It depends on our mood, she's cool with whatever we call her which is one of the reasons why she's so great.
We have been busy, it's our friend's and our "senior year" so we've just been having parties and hanging out as much as possible. For the charity halloween event I was a newsboy and Cole was a mobster, and for real halloween we were video game characters.

    Dylan, Cole...

are you guys over protective or critical of each other?

I know as actors you need to be on guard, even more so as family depending on the situation, but being twins I think it's a little more elevated, I know my brother and I keep each other in check all the time and were not even famous.

So when I'm acting up or doing something silly that might embarrass him or the family he pulls me aside and tells me to stop, I often do the same.

is it the same way with you guys but 10x worse?

We are protective of each other, but not critical. We don't care about embarrassing each other, sometimes we purposely embarrass each other for laughs, but we definitely look out for each other.

    Hey, Dylan

I just have two questions for you, how and why did you guys get into acting? I mean I've been looking into becoming an actor myself but I can't seem to even find an opening for an audition! I only ask you because you two are the reason why I want to get into acting; I mean you guys are so awesome! Plus what happened to your MySpace?

P.S:- I’m not a crazed fan, cos I post a lot, they all say the same thing

    Thanks, David

We got into acting when we were 8 months old, so we don't really remember the process and it wasn't really our choice lol. It was mostly through family connections, our mom and grandmother were in the entertainment industry so they helped us get set up with an agency and right away Grace Under Fire was casting and looking for twin babies, so we got the job.

Thanks for being a fan! Also, that kitten picture is one of Cole's and my favorite pictures ever. We used to use it for our instant messaging icons all the time.

    Dear Dylan and Cole,

I would like to start this letter saying that you guys are really cool and I have always wanted to meet you guys one day. You guys are so friendly and nice by replying back to your fans. I know some celebrities who can’t manage to put a little time every week or so to reply back to their fans. This little reply that you guys send to people makes their day 110% better, thinking to their selves they actually replied back to me. I have been posting many posts and I have been waiting for that day to happen. I do get some of my questions answered from other posts, but the sensation of my post being answered has never happened yet and I’m waiting for that day. I hope this letter is not annoying and I wish you guys good luck on any future project. (I totally think you guys should be in an action movie). Keep in mind that I’ll be waiting for a reply one day, and hopefully before my posts go up to 100 or before I turn 17, which is next year. Thank you Dylan and Cole Sprouse very much. I like both as a friend, and please send hugs and kisses to Bubba:)Oh, btw my question is are you guys dressing up for halloween? If yes what are you going to dress up as?

P.S. To the world you may be two people, but to me you are the world;)

Thanks, it's awesome to get a letter that just talks to us like regular guys instead of asking us a list of 160000000000 questions (hahaha I wrote 16, Cole added the 0's). We really like our situation right now because we're just working on one television show with a set schedule that we've gotten used to over the years, so we feel like we do have time to go to events to meet fans and reply to fan messages on here.
Being in an action movie would be awesome, I'm so ready for that, but we've got to take things one step at a time. We hug and kiss Bubba every day, we think he gets annoyed by it sometimes. We try to hug and kiss Curry, but she gets too excited and squirms and gives love bites back to us. Yes, we are dressing up for Halloween, we have so much fun going to our SLOD director's haunted house every year, but we don't know what we're gunna be yet. This year we're also going to a Halloween themed charity event on October 24th, so we're looking forward to that.

    Hi Dylan and Cole,

It's great that your back posting and wonderful to hear that you had an incredible summer! I have a couple questions for you that I don't think have been asked yet.

You said you vacation all the time with your grandparents and family. Do you live close to them or do you only get to see them on vacation? I lived close to my grandparents but would still go on vacation with them all the time when they were alive.

How did you get to work before you got your licenses?

How often do your parents get to visit you on set?

Also, I know the music that my dad listens to has been a huge influence for me so I was wondering, what kind of music is played around your house?

I've been sick the past couple of days and really bored. I somehow thought to watch Grace Under Fire on youtube. So I started watching the pilot and the first scene was the family in the car and you get pulled over by John Goodman! I thought that was so cool that you can say you worked with him (or one of you anyway) lol.

That's it. Keep up the good the work!

    Hey Amelia,
Luckily all of our grandparents and most of our aunts and uncles on both our dad's and mom's sides live in California. We have one cousin who lives in Massachusetts (Connor here's a shoutout!!!!!!!!) with our aunt cuz our uncle is in the military, but we even get to see him once in awhile cuz our stepmom's family is all from Massachusetts too. We're lucky to live near most of our family.
Our dad would drive us before we got our licenses. Even though I do have my license now, Cole does most of the driving to work, so it's all good.
Our parents can visit us whenever they want. There was a time when they had to be on set every day for a certain number of hours when we were younger and started out with TSL. We get visited on set alot by dad, our stepmom, and the dogs!
Our dad listens to old classic rock, our stepmom listens to korean pop, and Cole and I listen to electronica and alternative, its quite an interesting mix.
We can't really say we worked with John Goodman cuz we have no recollection of that, haha but we did meet him a few times once we got out of diapers, he's a great guy!

    Hey Dylan and Cole :)
    Awesome site guys!
Good luck with everything in your life!
The first thing I would like to say is that your show is our favorite.
hehe... there is a question i wanted to ask you...
In real life are u & cole just like zack and cody in "THE SUIT LIFE OF ZACK AND CODY"... Dylan as zack naughty, not so intrested at studyies but very gud at sports... and cole as cody very innocent and very good at studties but not so good at sport... or are you both totally opposit from zack and cody...
hey!!! one more question.. do you guys fight with each other(i meant as for fun)...

    Take care,
my regards to you both and your family,

We're both a combination. There are things about us in our characters, but not as exaggerated. Cole really loves cooking like Cody, we're both a little more like Zack with school where we're really good students, but we don't like doing our schoolwork. We're both good at sports, and I'm more the prankster and I've got the same kind of humor as Zack.
We don't fight too much, we've grown out of the fighting brother shenanigans.

    Hey Dylan & Cole!

U guys r so confident when ur doing interviews, or acting in front of an audience. Personally I'm a very shy person. How r u guys so confident?

I am a MASSIVE fan of you! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE UR SHOW, and always check Youtube to see if any of the new episodes r posted, as well as the old ones! Anyway, I have a few q's:

    1. R u guys ever planning to visit Australia (I live in Australia)?
    2. What do u guys like most about ur job?
    3. Have you guys ever had any injuries (broken bones) on/off set?
    4. When is ur new movie coming out?
    5. What is ur most fav episode on SLOD, and do u have any other projects coming up?
    6. I read somewhere that u guys wear braces. Is that true?
    7. Do you have any step brothers or sisters?

Congrats on ur show, and thanks 4 making me laugh everyday. Cya.

Cole is with me and he would like to point out that it's actually your message #8, not 6.
We actually were trained in how to act in front of a live audience and how to do all the tv and red carpet and party interviews. We still sometimes get nervous with interviews cuz we don't want to say too much about our personal lives or about an acting project that is still in the works.

    1. No clue where we're going, but we'd both like to travel to some different countries, especially Cole. It probably would not be professionally though, like we would NOT be going specifically to promote any TSL thing or do a meet and greet with fans, it would be a fun traveling with friends trip.
    2. Seeing our cast family every day. We're all so close it's unbelievable.
    3. Yes, but we can't give details. We hide our injuries very well thanks to an awesome makeup and costume crew.
    4. Kings of Appletown? I have no idea, it has been to so many regional screenings in Cali, NY, Texas, Hawaii, it's crazy, but I don't know what the deal is on a real nationwide release.
    5. My vote is any episode where I get to make fun of Cole or dress up in a really cool outfit. Right now, no, we don't. We did a voiceover for an animated movie called Kung Fu Magoo, but due to other actors' scheduling conflicts, that movie won't be out for another year or so.
    6. Nope, never had braces. We used to wear retainers, but we're done with that now.
    7. No, it is just Cole and I. We can't rule out the idea of a new half-sibling Sprouse in the future, however. We both are begging our dad and stepmom to have a baby.
    Thanks for the support!

We still work with the same tutor. She is hired by both Disney and by our family, so like when we filmed our movies Prince and the Pauper and Kings of Appletown, she was our tutor on set on location with us. She's been our tutor forever, she's so wonderful.

    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! INTERESTING AND UNIQUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!

    Hello Dylan and Cole,

I sent you a letter in August, and was wondering if you received it?. If not, here are the questions again.
    1. Have you ever had a crazy fan encounter?
    2. What is the one thing about womans fashion you don't understand?
    3. What is the weirdest gift you have ever received from a fan?
    4. Has a girl ever tried to date you or want to be your friend just to get on the show?
    5. Have you ever had a bad experience with another actor?
    6. Would you date someone who is older than you?
    7. Would you ever want another brother or sister?
    8. What is the one animal (other than a cat or dog) that you would like for a pet?
    9. Is there any kind of music you absolutly refuse to listen to?
    10. Is there any actor/actress that you have never worked with before but would really like to? why?
    11. What is the one thing in the world you can not live without?
    12. What is the most dangerous/hardest thing you had to do while filming?
    13. Do you have the same taste in fashion?
    14. Do you have any phobias? pet peeves?
    15. Is there any invention that you don't see the point of?
    16. What does your names mean? Pamela=honeyed sweetness; honey and Jade= precious green stone.
That is all the questions I have for now:) Please read and respond. My daughter (the beautiful girl in my avitar) and I are big fans.

    1. Yea, we've had a few interesting fan experiences.
    2. Pantyhose.
    3. The coolest gift was cheese hats a few years ago at a meet and greet. The weirdest gift was some girl underwear clothing that we were apparently supposed to sign and mail back.
    4. No, it's a long process to get on the show even as a background extra, and most of the Californians know that.
    5. We've had a few confrontations, but we don't make them a big public deal and the paparazzi never finds out, so it works in our favor. We try to act as professionally and level-headed as possible, but sometimes there are other actors who don't act professional and that's when problems start
    6. If she was like Adriana Lima, yes. Other than that, probably not.
    7. Yes. We keep telling our dad and stepmom to have a baby so that next year when we go off to college or to travel the world, they'll be able to keep busy and not miss us too much.
    8. I want a gorilla, Cole wants an elephant.
    9. Honestly, Disney/Hollywood Records singers. We're not into the same old pop music. We're glad Ashley Tisdale left Hollywood Records, she's come along way and we love her. Besides that, no tween pop.
    10. We would love to do an action movie with Dwayne Johnson cuz he's The Rock and people think he's so hardcore, but in person he's the nicest guy.
    11. Bubba. Then Cole. Then my iPhone.
    12. I don't like heights. Anything I've had to do involving heights scares me.
    13. We're starting to develop our own styles. Cole is more into fashion than me, he dresses up more than I do.
    14. Used to, not really anymore. Just nervous about heights. Pet peeves, when someone doesn't take no for an answer.
    15. Leaf blowers. They just move the mess of leaves from one area to another area. So the mess is still there. Cole says all the new razors and razor blades are pointless cuz the old ones work just fine.
    16. "Dylan" is Welsh and means "son of the sea", I was named after the poet Dylan Thomas, and "Cole' is Old English and means "swarthy, coal-black, charcoal", Cole was named after the jazz singer/pianist Nat King Cole.

Sorry its been a long time since we have posted, things have been crazy here. First of all, we love your new pic Dylan. Second, I think its great that Cole is considering posting on here, and his new interests in unexplained things. Did yall cruise to Maui or fly there? Congrats on yalls last year of High School, wtg. I have to admit, I loved college a whole lot more than High School, more freedom lmao hehehe. Wow, its unreal that yall are 17 now, makes me feel a little old now lol. I was hoping I could possibly ask a question from yall. My son, Chris who is 8 yrs old, wants to be like yall, an actor, but has lots of trouble understanding the importance of reading and comprehension. Could yall possibly write a small reply to him about how important reading is? He idolizes you both, I know he will then try to do better in school as oppose to slacking off. Maybe also explain that reading is important if he wants to be an actor like you guys. I have tried everything, and asking yall for help was a very last resort. I know its not yalls problem, but I am kinda hoping that yall would consider it since you guys take yalls education seriously and pride yourselves in being positive role models for younger kids. I know this message isn't asking anything ultra cool like about your cars, your lives and all, just asking for a little inspiration to a young, little boy who is a major fan of yall. Any reply or anything, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Hey Alyson,
Thanks so much for your message, we appreciate it. Kids are our inspiration for doing what we do, we act because we love and because it makes so many kids happy to see us doing what we love, so that's awesome. To answer your question, we flew to Maui.

    Hey Chris!
You're 8? I'm going to guess you are in 2nd or 3rd grade? Elementary school is the best time at school ever. The only real school Cole and I went to was elementary school. Chris, do you watch The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and the Suite Life on Deck? I know Zack pretends that he doesn't care about school cuz he's not super smart like Cody, but just because you're having trouble in school doesn't mean you should stop trying. Everything Zack and Cody say on TV is memorized from pages and pages of acting scripts. Memorized means we have to read the scripts over and over again until we know the words without looking at the pages. Acting is alot of fun, but just like any other job, it starts with doing well in school. Actors read every day. Cole and I read our scripts, we read our schedules of when the director wants us on set, and just like you, we also have school and we read our books for school. Chris, Cole and I think that if you work hard in school, you're going to be an excellent reader and that will help you be an excellent actor. How about you practice your reading, and then in a few months when you move to a higher level in reading or when you get a reading report card, you and your mom can write a letter to this fanmail address:

    William Morris Agency
    Dylan and Cole Sprouse
    One William Morris Place
    Beverly Hills, CA 90212

and tell Cole and I all about how great you're doing. We'll write a note back and send you an autographed picture and you'll even get one of the ninja books that Cole and I have helped write for kids. So keep working hard, Chris!

    • At my house....chill...
Hey guys! Sorry I haven't been on for a while...my computer broke and now I can only use my sister's laptop once or twice a week...and since we don't have enough money to get a computer (let alone eat) I will be limiting my posts....hope you understand!
Do you guys ever get tired of being famous? I mean, cause all you ever do is act and be famous. You know? Maybe you should have areal vacation, and not like in Maui or anything. BUt to someplace else that's normal like your grandparents or family or maybe a small town (like where I live). It would be fun! ;-) but what do you care...i mean, I'm 13 and you guys are 17. wow....lol....i still can't believe you're older than me. I've always thought you were my age...then again...so does everyone! xD well...ttyl!

We do get away to "vacation" all the time with our grandparents, friends, and other family members. You are right, those are the best vacations because nobody else knows about them so we can just do our thing without paparazzi and fans everywhere.
But no, we really don't get tired of being famous anymore, we're used to it, we've grown up in the spotlight, and we know how to control things now. We love all of our fans and we're grateful to Disney and we're lucky to have a great job.

Thanks for being a fan, and yeah sometimes we can't believe we're already 17 either. The years are going by so fast!

(just in case you didn't get the first two messages, The following is cut and pasted between 11:32am and 11:33 am...the message occurs in real time)

Hi dylan & cole. im a guy who wants to go into the film busiiness one day in hollywood as a writer/director. big dream for a guy who starts at a normal college i know but i can dream right. My younger sister talks about how cool you guys are in the suite life on deck and ive seen many episodes. they really are hilairous. so now my questions...

    1. is there a particular quality (persistant, kindness ect.) or qualities that you feel is Vital to the business? ive made several videos and i think i know what they are but i wanna here from the experts.

    2. I noticed that you played/play super smash bros mellee/brawl. i used to be a GOD at that game (im still very good). who was your best player? I was amazing with Marth and Roy in Melee and Marth and Ike in Brawl.

    3. I saw you guys in the film The heart is decieiteful above all things and i thought it was good. what was it like working on such a dark movie? did you enjoy the final cut of the film?

...perhaps we will meet one day if i continue in this field and might have you in some of my films. You guys have a HUGE amount of potential, not that you arent very good now though cuz you are great.

Joe, thanks so much to you and your younger sister for all the support!

    1. Flexibility and patience are big qualities. Actors need to be able to listen to and follow directions, and they also need to be prepared to try new things or do the same things over and over again. We run through the episodes blocking the scenes a day before the cameras come out, and we spend so much time on one scene getting every movement correct, and then the next day we could do the same thing and have the director tell us that he doesn't like it so we have to change it. As an actor, you gotta go with the flow and do what you're told to do, and that could mean performing one seemingly simple motion, like banging on a door, over and over and over again to make it look good on camera. You've also gotta be a people person in any aspect of the film industry. Writers, directors, actors, producers, and so many other people work together as a team and you gotta get along with each other.
    2. I believe I am the true God at Super Smash. My mains in Melee were Falco and Marth. In Brawl I am always King Dedede.
    3. We were younger when we filmed "The Heart is Deceitful" so we didn't understand all of the messages in the film at the time, but we're grateful to have had the chance to work with such talented people. We liked the film as a project with a great cast and crew that was a good addition to our resume, but I wasn't a fan of the story.

Thanks again Joe, hope to see your name on some good films someday.

Hey fellas,I'm an actor/model myself [and no i am not goin to ask you for advice like everybody else], doing a few commercials and working hard to get into the bigger stuff.
You guys and a handful of other actors are a big inspiration/motivation to me. I looked at you guys a few years back and thought 'ye man, thats where I want to be'. Hehe who knows? Maybe I'll get lucky at 15.
Naturally i do have some questions.

    1. I will probably be bulldozed by about 50 million screaming girls claiming that I know nothing for asking you this but here goes; You and Cole are identical twins, so naturally you guys are generally an item but only together. Does being only ever a pair and recognised for your achievements only as a pair get on your nerves?

    2. Disney seems like a great company to work for, but do you ever wish you went down a different path into something more serious?

    3. You like the word 'work' when you associate it with your acting. I have not been acting for aslong as you, but to me it is always fun in some way. Never the same, has it grown to being even a tad tedious at times?

    4. Do you ever get tired of people claiming they 'own' you? [Mainly teenage girls], ever want to snap back and say 'No I am my own person'.

    5. Final question in order to redeem myself with your fans. Do you guys work out in the gym at all?

Anyway thats it from me, I hope to work with you guys sometime in the future. Good luck!

Good luck with your career, bro.
    1. We work together as a pair, so naturally we don't mind getting recognized for our achievements together but the thing is, some award shows have separated us, like how I won favorite TV actor for the Kids Choice Awards, so no. We're hoping that once we make the move from "Sprouse Twins" teen Disney stars into the adult acting world, we're able to separate and still make successful careers for ourselves as individual actors.
    2. Disney is a great company to work for, it's one of the best and it truly is serious. We wouldn't be where we are today without Disney and we've been perfectly happy growing up with Disney to finish up the Suite Life series. We've watched the transformation of other former Disney kids like Shia LaBeouf, who has launched a fantastic movie career since Disney, and we're confident that in a few years we'll be doing what we want with our acting careers. 3. We use the word work so much because that's what we've been taught by our parents and managers. Our parents wanted to raise us right so our dad always said "Being on television is just like any other job. Don't ever think of yourselves as more famous or better than anyone else, you're just kids who happen to be working." Cole and I had to remember that, but we also had to make it fun so that we weren't losing our childhoods. It's never really tedious on set and I would agree that it's always fun in some way because every day we make a new accomplishment, blooper, friend, and memory. We just don't like it when people say they wish they had our lives, because in reality everything that goes along with a big acting career isn't just fun, fame, and meeting celebrities. Sometimes all the interviews and press/publicity events are what feel tedious.
    4. You learn to brush it off or complain privately. Cole and I try not to read the silly comments on the internet about people thinking they own us and love us.
    5. Yeah, our dad used to be a gym teacher and he keeps us extremely active. We go for runs outside and we go to the gym for weight training.
You sound like a determined and motivated guy, it would be awesome to work with you someday if that opportunity comes up.

    Hey guys,

It's funny because I check the site every so often to see if you have responded to anyones posts and I love hearing about what fans have asked you and how you respond! It's awesome!

So, I am assuming that you guys are being taught privately, are you in your last year of highschool or are you taking some university level classes? What did you get up to this weekend? Did you just chill and relax? What does a typical weekend look like for you guys?

Anyway, I'm looking forward to some good things to come this fall boys!

    Take 'er easy

    Hey Greg,
We've been taught by the same tutor for years now through a good homeschooling program. The way it works is we complete about half of our classes with textbooks on set of The Suite Life and the other half are online-based. It's our last year of high school but we're taking some AP classes for college credit, I'm taking AP Psychology and AP Spanish, and Cole's taking AP Psychology and AP Government.
We were with our friends this weekend, a typical weekend is anything we want it to be, we have charity events we can go to, celebrity premieres and events and award shows we can go to, family members we can visit, or we can just hang around the house and have some down time. Thanks for being a fan and keep watching the new season of "Suite Life On Deck".
