The Department of Corrections' Office of Chief Counsel -- in an effort to assist attorneys, the courts and the general public track prison conditions civil litigation constituting “strikes” under the Federal and State Prison Litigation Reform Acts -- has developed this website containing an Inmate Strike Index.
