Most of the 1,300 condominiums have already sold, according to local Eyewitness News, which notes: "Currently, there are 4,200 luxury condos built and another 12,000 under construction." Like the condominiums in Palms Place, Trump International suites can convert to hotel rooms for when the owner is out of Vegas. Trump International is not connected to a casino.
