Stephen Clemence's role in Blues' successful promotion bid was recognised by fans and team mates alike tonight as the midfielder scooped the top two accolades at the End of Season Dinner held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel.
The experienced stand-in captain has led by example throughout the campaign and tonight he collected both the Flybe-sponsored Player of the Season trophy, voted for by the supporters, and the Players' Player award sponsored by Eminence Leisure.
Clemence also picked up the BRMB Listeners' Player of the Season at the prestigious ceremony attended by 1,000 guests including the team, management, directors and hundreds of lucky fans.
Gary McSheffrey was a double-award winner as he received the Top Goal Scorer trophy, sponsored by Byron Park Properties, as well as the Junior Blues Player of Season, sponsored by Primetime Recruitment.
Colin Doyle also carried off two trophies with the young goalkeeper receiving Radio WM's Breakthrough Award and also Ocean View Properties' Magic Moment of the Season for his crucial last gasp penalty save at Molineux.
Sebastian Larsson was a late addition to the winners' hall of fame after his incredible solo strike against Sheffield Wednesday last weekend clinched the Goal of The Season award, sponsored by Floors 2 Go.
Loan midfielder Fabrice Muamba received the Young Player of the Season trophy, sponsored by Borsch Electric.
Other winners on the night were 17-year-old England youth defender Krystian Pearce who earned the title of Academy Player of the Season, sponsored by T-Mobile, although unfortunately he couldn't be there to collect his trophy as he is currently on international duty with the Three Lions.
And Sam Joseph from the Redditch branch of the Supporters Club who walked away with the Supporter of The Season award, sponsored by Lindley Catering.
We will hopefully bring you some exclusive photos from tonight's event on bcfc.com later this week.
