Since I am not physically in Saudi Arabia this year, I will be taking a break from blogging. I recently hit 1,000 posts on this blog and I am very proud of that achievement. I’m hoping to be able to return to my blog hopping to visit the many blogs I have enjoyed in the past but have not been able to for the past year due to demands on my time. I appreciate all your support and enthusiasm over the past few years.

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is KSA's 2nd largest city and is located on its west coast, right on the Red Sea. I moved here in 2007 with my Saudi hubby and teenage son. This journal reflects the things that I see here, life through my eyes, my lens. Currently I am taking a bloggng break, after more than 1,000 posts on this blog.

Regarding the pictures of scenes in Jedda, which are my favorites, may I say it’s very thoughtful of you to be giving them a caption. Kindly continue with the good job. I plan to visit Jedda and just might try to trace some of the places whose pictures are posted.
