Marissa Nadler Shares Video, Tour Dates

Marissa Nadler Shares Video, Tour Dates

"Alabaster Queen" is a pretty good descriptor of Marissa Nadler, and it's also the name of a song from her recent self-titled album. In the song's new video, director Joana Linda films herself romping ethereally through a forest, which is a pretty good thing to do while listening to Marissa Nadler. Watch it below.

Also below, check out Nadler's tour dates; she'll breeze through North America and Europe over the next couple of months.

Watch The Shins Perform a New Song Live

Slow jam performed in Oregon last night

Watch The Shins Perform a New Song Live

Yesterday, we pointed out a video of the Shins doing a take on David Bowie's "Ashes to Ashes" during the first concert with the band's new lineup. The tour's second show took place last night at the Domino Room in Bend, Oregon. The NJ Underground points to a video of the band performing a midtempo, untitled new song. UPDATE: According to the setlist sent in by Jay Tribble, the song is called "For a Fool".

Watch it below; the audio quality is pretty good (although if you're listening to this with bass-heavy speakers, the fuzz might irritate you a bit).

Watch: The Kills on "Fallon"

Do not attempt to adjust the brightness on your computer monitor: the Kills performed Blood Pressures single "Future Starts Slow" on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" last night, and it was a darkly lit affair. Also, they rocked pretty hard. Watch it below (via the Audio Perv).

Method Man, Curren$y, Big K.R.I.T. Link for Tour

Smoker's Club tour returns this fall

Method Man, Curren$y, Big K.R.I.T. Link for Tour

Last fall, weed-rap all-stars Curren$y, Big K.R.I.T., and Smoke DZA linked up for what they called the Smoker's Club tour. In the past year, all three have grown in stature-- possibly to the point where it's not fair to call them "weed-rap" anymore. And as One Thirty BPM points out, they're once again teaming up for another Smoker's Club tour. This time around, they're bringing along a battle-scarred stoner-rap veteran as the show's headliner: Method Man. Like-minded acts Fiend, the Pricks, and Corner Boy P round out the bill, with Shiest Bubz and Cuzzin Todd hosting.

Below, check out the tour's dates and Curren$y's video for "Televised", a Fiend collaboration from his recent album Weekend at Burnie's.
