Mozes receives your cell phone number when you send a text message to us. Basic Mozes services do not require you to register for an account and provide your name to us, but some advanced Mozes services, such as adjusting notification options, do. If you do choose to register to receive additional Mozes services, Mozes asks you for some personal information in order to register your account (such as your name, email address and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the Service. For certain services, we may request credit card or other payment information which we maintain in encrypted form on secure servers.

Mozes

When you log in to Mozes, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. We may store and process personal information collected on our site in the United States or any other country in which Mozes Inc. or its agents maintain facilities. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information among these facilities, including those located outside your country.

In the event of a transfer of ownership of Mozes Inc., such as acquisition by or merger with another company, we will provide notice before any personally identifying information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Information Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data under our control, including physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.We restrict access to your personally identifying information to employees who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services.

Children's Personal Information

The Mozes website complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). Mozes does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. In addition, in the event that a user identifies him or herself as a child under the age of 13 within the site, Mozes will not collect, store or use any personal information of such user. Further, in the event that Mozes receives personal information that Mozes discovers was provided by a child under the age of 13, Mozes will promptly delete such personal information in a secure manner.

Links to Third Party Sites

The sites linked to by the Services are developed by people over whom Mozes exercises no control. These other sites may place their own cookies on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information.
