In our drive to provide the best bus service possible, we also understand the importance of providing the best overall total transit experience, too.

We work with our customers, communities, and transportation partners to find new ways to add value and make our overall service more useful. Key Metro Transit programs that demonstrate our commitment include:

Adopt-A-Stop

The Adopt-A-Stop Program is not accepting any new applications until further notice.

This program was affected by cost reduction measures implemented in an effort to reduce King County Metro Transit's major budget shortfall for 2009 and 2010.

Transit will continue to provide assistance to all existing volunteers.

To have plastic liners mailed to you, please call the Work Center at 206-263-6503.

Continue to contact Metro Customer Service at 206-553-3000 to request maintenance when necessary and to report all incidents that you see at any Metro bus stop or facility.

Thank you for your participation in this program to help keep our communities clean and presentable.
